It was another beautiful day on the Nisqually Delta, as I lead a private kayak tour for two Seattle residents, Kylie and Walter. Suddenly we heard a kayak whistle being blown frantically, and a couple of panting paddlers chased us down. They had found a baby harbor seal caught in a salmon net on the Nisqually River
