Free Surf Clinic at Cape Flattery

Interested in learning to be more comfortable in the surf zone? Maybe try out a surf specific kayak, have fun, and learn some techniques to make you a better surf paddler? Come join me for a free surf clinic which I’m holding May 1st at Hobuck Beach located near Cape Flattery on the Makah Reservation. Accommodations for the weekend can be found here.

I’ll combine both ACA (American Canoe Association)and BCU (British Canoe Union) techniques in a class suitable for intermediate paddlers. Short kayaks are preferred but bring what you have. Helmet, pfd, kayak floatation, and a smiling face.

Will start the class 10am on Saturday May 1st at Hobuck Beach. Maximum ten people so reserve your spot soon.
